Who are our programmes for?

We work from Cold Cotes, a very special place, just 7 miles west of Harrogate and therefore conveniently located for those living and working in the north of England. Our venue, which incidentally serves delicious food, allows you to spend precious time away from work, in beautiful and peaceful surroundings that generate creativity. Here you are able to focus on your personal development.

Our introductory offer provides tremendous value for money - only £150 plus VAT per session. Programmes are also delivered in-house by agreement.

Spring and Summer Programme - 2010

• 17th March: "Coaching Skills for Leaders & Managers" - Improve your skills in effective delegation and people development. Cost - £150/person, reserve your place

• 18th March: "Improve your Communications by Understanding and Making the Most of Difference" - This programme includes an introduction to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the influence of type on communication styles. Cost - £150/person, reserve your place

  People attending the following 2 workshops would find it helpful to be familiar with MBTI and to know their profile.

  13th April: "Working More Effectively in Difficult Situations" - How to improve relationships, deal better with conflict and work better with difficult behaviours. Cost - £150/person, reserve your place

  13th May: "Leading and Thriving in Change" - Learning from change, exploring how to manage change more effectively and understanding and influencing different approaches and responses to change. Cost - £150/person, reserve your place

• 9th June: "Influencing in a Political Environment" - Developing understanding of power, influence, political acumen and wise leadership. Cost - £150/person, reserve your place

• 22nd June & 13th July: "Managing Transitions" - This programme is particularly, though not exclusively, suitable for those who are changing role or moving between sectors. Please note that this is a 2-day programme and you will need to attend both sessions. Cost - £350/person, reserve your place

• 28th July: "Meaningful Leadership" - Establishing what matters and leading authentically. Cost - £150/person, reserve your place

• Action Learning Sets
  Meetings will be of 8 people and will be offered commencing in May 2010. Meeting dates will be agreed with those who express their interest in them. Action Learning Sets are an excellent way of reinforcing other development and of providing continuing support and co-coaching for participants.

  The aim would be to facilitate problem-solving, while at the same time developing learning capability and the coaching skills of set participants. The sets will also build participants’ capacity for self-coaching and encourage the use of coaching as a leadership style when appropriate. Cost - £600/person for the six sessions, reserve your place
